Ballet Palm Beach is donating more than 600 tickets to this weekend's performance of "The Nutcracker" at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts.
The ballet company is reaching out to nonprofit organizations and programs, which will then distribute the tickets to families in Palm Beach County. According to the Miami Association of Realtors, Palm Beach County real estate broke its record for the most annual condo sales in only 10 months as October 2021 sales totals pushed the market over the old standard.
Palm Beach County total home sales decreased 13.1% year-over-year in October 2021, from 3,233 sales to 2,809 because of lack of inventory and Covid19 comps (stats are in comparison to major rebound demand last year). Palm Beach single-family home transactions decreased 19.1%, from 1,818 to 1,471. Palm Beach existing condo sales decreased 5.4%, from 1,415 to 1,338.
Year-to-date, Palm Beach County has registered 15,189 existing condo sales in 10 months,

A: The best thing about real estate is the relationships I get to develop. It's so satisfying to work well with great people and be a part of their journeys in life. It's super exciting to place a growing family into a new space and watch them transform it into their own. Everything to Know About the North County Holiday Boat Parade
JUPITER — Time to deck the halls... and the boats!
The beloved Palm Beach Holiday Boat Parade is scheduled for 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 4. The event is hosted by The Marine Industries Association of Palm Beach County.
The parade, which will feature 80 vessels decked out with thousands of twinkling holiday lights, will kick off from the Safe Harbor North Palm Beach Marina and navigate up the Intracoastal Waterway to the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse.
The holiday parade with impact traffic, as bridges along the Intracoastal will be open for about an hour. Here's the schedule:

A: My favorite part of Real Estate is helping someone find something that truly makes them happy and I have always enjoyed looking at homes now I get to sell them!

A: I don’t really have a specific area as I try to specialize in as many areas as I can. I have sold from Fort Pierce down to Miami and everything in between. Although I will say living in East Delray I do have the most fun selling in my backyard.
