1. What is your favorite part of real estate?
I love the thrill of a difficult deal and bringing it to the finish line. There is nothing better than getting a deal done that everyone has given up on. Perseverance is our motto!
2. What area do you specialize in selling, and what is one of your favorite neighborhoods within this area?
My partner, Nick Gonzalez, and I love the waterfront. We're always in East Delray Beach, East Boca Raton and East Highland Beach. Anything East we love!
3. Why did you choose to be part of the Sutter & Nugent firm?
The Related Cos. of New York is considering building another hotel at the Palm Beach County convention center, a development that could double the number of hotel rooms available for conventions and catapult the center into a major meeting destination.
The move also could prompt county officials to take another tack and launch a public request for proposals from companies eager to do business in West Palm Beach.
The convention center, at 650 Okeechobee Boulevard, sits at the gateway to the city from Interstate 95.
