For 54 years, the City of Delray Beach has proudly hosted its St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival, offering festive entertainment for people of all ages and backgrounds. The Parade showcases over 70 entries, including fire departments from across the globe, United States Veterans, Pipes and Drums, floats, schools, businesses, and more. Starting at the Intracoastal bridge on Atlantic Avenue, the parade route heads west to NW 5th Avenue. With a first responder theme, this St. Patrick’s Day Parade is Florida’s premier hometown celebration!
The parade and festival of the City of Delray Beach St. Patrick's Day celebration take place at Old School Square from 1 pm to 5 pm. These family-friendly events are free to attend and attract crowds not only from Delray Beach and nearby cities but also from around the globe.
The organizers of the Delray Beach St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival are excited to announce the Grand Marshal for 2024: the remarkable Women Veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces! Join us as we pay tribute to these courageous women for their steadfast dedication to freedom. Let's come together to celebrate their extraordinary service.
Once again, the Palm Beach County Firefighter's Pipe and Drums have teamed up with the Greater Boston Firefighter Pipes and Drums. Be sure not to miss out! Secure your spot along the parade route and join us again at the festival at Old School Square at 3:30 pm.
Be sure to attend the Delray Beach St. Patrick's Day Festival! This FREE, family-friendly event attracts both the parade and downtown Delray Beach crowds. The festival will feature live music, Irish step dancing, strolling bagpipers, food vendors, merchandise vendors, bounce houses, and much more!
