The new hospital aims to provide high-quality care and support for residents and visitors alike.

A major new development is the upcoming construction of a new Publix supermarket, which will nearly double the size of the current store at CityPlace. This expansion aims to enhance convenience for residents and strengthen CityPlace’s position as a lively community center. The new Publix is set to provide an improved shopping experience, featuring larger grocery sections, more prepared meal options, and added conveniences such as curbside pickup. Exciting new dining options are coming to City Place, including Moxie’s, a Canadian restaurant chain making its debut in South Florida and Ela Curry & Cocktails, a celebrated Indian restaurant from Palm Beach Gardens, will join the City Place dining scene in winter 2025.
