Q&A with Gabriel

 Q:  Your tireless efforts have put you in the spotlight ... what changes have you made in your daily routine or professional strategies, if any, to get you here?

 A:  I have been lucky and blessed to have a great team and broker. I love helping homeowners and investors but sometimes it’s not as easy as most think. It’s a learning process in this ever changing business.

 Q:  Why did you choose to be part of the Sutter and Nugent family?

A:  Sutter & Nugent and I go way back before the firm started. I met Talbot a year or so before he started the firm. I started with a different firm and saw Talbot in a broker event in Old Palm. He told me to join the firm and I did. “I never looked back. I love the firm. It’s family to me”! 

Q:  We've all heard of the "Little Engine that Could" ... What keeps your engine going?

A:  My engine is my beautiful wife and kids. They are my everything.

Q: What is the best piece of advice you have been given during your life/career? And how have you applied it, if at all?

A:  Without commitment and sacrifice there is no success. In this business you have to commit and sacrifice. I give it all for my homeowners and investors and sometimes it means to sacrifice my family time. It can be tough for family when you are on a deal and you are sitting down in the middle of dinner and get a call  (which happens) and then you have to step away to make things happen. That’s just one of many examples. I love to help others and make myself available.

Q:  What are some of your favorite places to explore around South Florida?  Do you have any hidden treasures that you would like to share?

A:  South Florida has many places to visit. I love to enjoy the beach. Early sunrises in Juno Pier and go west to Naples for sunsets but for sure going camping to Ginnie Springs with the family is always magical.

 Q:  If you could give 1 piece of advice to your fellow agents, what would it be?

A:  The firm you chose makes a difference. Join a firm that will help you level up and get where you want to be professionally. Learn every day and shadow or follow a top producer agent.

 Q:  And finally - What secrets of the trade could you share? (and don't tell me it's an "ancient Chinese secret")

A:  Every "NO" can turn into a "YES"! Love what you do, people can read your energy. If you are not passionate or love what you do they can read it!
