The key is - he lives there and he sells there ... but he will also work everywhere.

Q: Your tireless efforts have put you in the spotlight ... what changes have you made in your daily routine or professional strategies, if any, to get you here?
A: I've really tried to increase my presence on social media and make it well known that if you're in the market to buy, sell, rent or invest then I'm your guy!! Pretty much everybody knows a Realtor, so it's imperative that people think of you when they are in the market.
Q: What is the best piece of advice you have been given during your life/career? And how have you applied it, if at all?
A: Never judge a book by its' cover.
A few years ago I was showing a property to a buyer and didn't think they were serious. Not only did they wind up purchasing the property, but they didn't have an agent, so I represented both sides in the transaction.
A: I've known Talbot since we were in Pre-K at the Benjamin School and we were both in each others weddings so we have a pretty special bond. I've watched him build S&N from the ground up and couldn't be prouder of what he's accomplished. The best thing about S&N is that it's truly like a family. Everybody is always willing to help each other out, and you don't find that at every brokerage.
A: Pretty much my entire family is in real estate so I knew at a young age I would venture into this business in some capacity. My dad has helped me in countless ways and has taught me many valuable lessons. I truly don't know if I'd be as successful today if it wasn't for him. If I wasn't a real estate agent I could see myself being a professional sports agent because I love negotiating contracts and am always looking out for my client's best interests.
A: Always treat everyone with respect because you never know when you are going to run into somebody again down the road. It could be another agent, an inspector, an appraiser, etc. but you want to make sure they remember you in a positive way.
Q: In looking back on day 1 of becoming an agent through to today - what would you say your greatest strengths have been to keep making the numbers?
A: Referrals are everything in this business, so maintaining a good relationship with all my clients has been key. Even after the transaction has closed it's important to keep in touch because you never know when they will need your help again.
Q: And lastly - What are some of the local treasure spots around town that you would like to share with someone new to the area?
A: I'm a Jupiter guy so I love being on or near the water. On the weekends you can usually find me at Square Grouper or U-Tiki. You can't beat the view at either place!!
