About Talbot Sutter:

Talbot K. Sutter is a lifelong resident of Palm Beach Gardens, a fourth-generation Palm Beach County Florida Native. In January of 2014, Talbot formed Sutter & Nugent Real Estate, a full-service upscale residential and commercial real estate company, to better serve his customers and to provide a level of personal service rarely found in the industry. The company specializes in working with sellers and buyers in the Palm Beaches and throughout Florida, with emphasis on luxury properties, waterfront real estate, and premiere neighborhoods.

Sutter and Nugent Real Estate employs more than 150 agents working from six office in Palm Beach County. The company has increased its sales each year. In 2018, Sutter and Nugent reached $200 million in sales. Two years later, in 2020, sales had doubled to more than $400 million per year. Most recently, the firm achieved $600 million in sales revenue for 2021.

Talbot is a graduate of The Benjamin School (North Palm Beach) and holds dual bachelor’s degrees from Florida State University in Real Estate and Finance.  Talbot comes from a long line of real estate family members that extends back to his great grandfather and great grandmother. Today, Talbot’s mother, father, cousins, and uncles work in residential and commercial real estate throughout Palm Beach County. But for Talbot, real estate just isn’t in his genes – it’s in his heart; it’s his passion.

Upon graduating from Florida State University, Talbot moved back to his hometown in Palm Beach Gardens and began his real estate career. In fact, he was fully committed to a career in real estate before he graduated Florida State; securing his Florida real estate license well before he completed his education. Talbot immediately jumped into the industry with Illustrated Properties, a well-respected company that had been a dominant force in the industry for over 35 years. In his two years with the company, Talbot was appointed Director of a new division responsible for technological enhancements and improvements. He recognized that the real estate industry, like most other industries, was in a technology-driven transition and understood that technology integration, in combination with traditional sales and marketing strategies, would best serve his customers. As a result, Talbot was awarded “Top Producer” in 2012 and 2013.

Michael Adams was born in Flushing, New York and grew up in sunny South Florida where he would attend Spanish River High School. Michael decided to enroll in college at Palm Beach State where he would earn Summa Cum Laude honors and receive his Associate's Degree. Soon after, he decided to transfer to the University of Florida where he went on to receive his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration & Management. While in school, he developed a passion for Real Estate and worked towards earning his license prior to graduating. Jerrye Crawford is our office administrator. She came back to the Palm Beaches after living in Marathon in the Florida Keys for the last eight years. Angelo was born and raised in Syracuse, New York. His mother was born in the same town and his father was born in Syracuse, Sicily. During World War II Angelo's father was a navy pilot and his mother built airplanes for Boeing (Rosie the riveter). Angelo went to LeMoyne College and received a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry. In 1968 he joined the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and received an Honorable Discharge in 1974. Angelo married at 23 years old and his wife and he had 2 children, a boy and a girl. They are still today the greatest accomplishment of Angelo's life. He started work shoveling rock at a local factory and eventually took a job as a salesman for a local paper. Eventually Angelo bought the company that he worked for and started 2 more. At the peak of Angelo's career in printing and publishing, he owned a printing plant, 5 weekly papers, 2 offices and 65 employees. After a difficult divorce, Angelo sold his companies and moved south to Florida. Since he was a business owner for so long, Angelo decided that he could not work for anyone, and so real estate was a perfect fit for him. Angelo was licensed originally in New York State and when he moved to Florida permanently in 2003 Angelo got my Florida real estate license. Over the last 14 years he has enjoyed being a realtor in South Florida. Many of Angelo's clients are business associates or friends from his hometown Syracuse, NY.
