Motek, which began in downtown Miami in 2020, specializes in kosher-style Mediterranean cuisine and has quickly expanded to five locations in Miami-Dade County. Known for dishes like shakshuka, shawarma, schnitzel, falafel, and their award-winning Arayes Burger, they are set to open their first Palm Beach County location in Boca Raton in early 2025.

Midorie - West Palm Beach
This sushi and donburi bowl concept, with locations in Miami’s Upper East Side and Coconut Grove, is renowned for its commitment to using the finest ingredients imported daily from Japan. It is scheduled to open in West Palm Beach this fall. Owned by Alvaro Perez Miranda, the restaurateur's latest venture, Ogawa, opened in November 2023 and earned a Michelin star within just four months.

Death By Pizza - Delray Beach
Set to open in early 2025, this restaurant will offer highly sought-after Detroit-style pizza, crafted on a sourdough crust. Voted the best pizza in the county by Palm Beach Post readers, it will be the second Death by Pizza location and the first to offer seating. The original location is a very popular takeout spot situated at 528 NE Second St. in downtown Delray Beach.

Eataly - West Palm Beach
Slated to open in fall 2025 at CityPlace in downtown West Palm Beach, this renowned Italian food hall will feature a wide array of imported Italian products, quick-service counters, and more. Eataly will occupy a prominent spot in the Harriet Himmel building, located at the center of CityPlace. This historic structure, originally built as a church in 1926, is currently undergoing renovations to prepare for Eataly's debut.

Oceano Kitchen - Lake Worth
The James Beard-listed restaurant, which opened in Lantana in 2017 and relocated to Lake Worth Beach in 2023, has been closed for six months for renovations. Owners and acclaimed chefs Jeremy and Cindy Bearman announced that the eclectic eatery, known for its fresh and creative dishes, will reopen in early 2025.
